Common Questions About Buying Discount Appliances in Foley.

  • Are Scratch and Dent Appliances Actually Safe To Use?

Yes. Scratch and dent appliances work exactly like new ones. The imperfections are only on the surface, a small dent or scuff, and every unit is checked before it goes on the floor. You get full function at a lower price because of how it looks, not how it runs.

  • Do I Need To Make an Appointment To Shop at H & S Appliance Outlet of Foley?

No appointment is needed. Walk in anytime during business hours, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and browse our current stock of refrigerators, washers, dryers, and ranges in Foley, Alabama.

  • Can I Buy an Appliance Today and Take It Home the Same Day?

In most cases, yes. Since we sell from in-store stock rather than special orders, you can often pick your appliance and take it home the same visit. Call ahead to confirm availability on a specific model before you drive over.

  • What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards for in-store purchases. Bring your card and, if you're replacing an existing appliance, your measurements or old model number so we can match you to the right size.

  • Do Open Box and Customer Return Appliances Come With Any Inspection?

Yes. Open box and customer return units are inspected before they go on our floor. They may have been opened or briefly used, but they work reliably and are priced well below what you'd pay for the same model new.
